We have to explain, that we can NOT be held responsible for loss or damaged goods inflicted by the postal services. Thats why damaged or lost goods can not be refunded.

We will be shipping your order without Track & Trace. If you would like to be absolutely certain that your order arrives safely and undamaged, please contact us before ordering, so we will quote you for an extra secure insured shipping, while adding these extra expenses to your order.

Return Policy: EU members:

You have a 14 days period on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus Paypal and Bandcamp fees. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. If you really choose to cancel, we will refund your order within 30 days of your cancellation.

The items you wish to return should be unsealed and/or unworn of course.
If you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we will be happy to refund your postage charge, and your return postage costs. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of delivery.
